Businesses that sign up for a listing

When you sign up for a listing, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, website, services, and service areas. This information is used to create and manage your listing and to contact you about your account.

Payments for paid plans are processed securely through GoHighLevel and its payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number or security code.

Text messages and email

By providing your phone number and email during signup, you agree to receive messages from us about your listing, account, and billing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email we send.

Listings built from public information

Some free listings are created from publicly available business information, such as a business name, public phone number, and city. Business owners can request changes or removal at any time by emailing wiscrooferindex@gmail.com.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools that are needed for the Site to work. We may also use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Site. These tools collect general information like device type, browser, and pages viewed. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Site, including our website hosting and database provider (Lovable), our CRM, email, text messaging, and payment platform (GoHighLevel), and payment processors. The details you choose to display on your listing, such as your business name, phone number, services, and service areas, are publicly visible. Your private contact email and billing details are not shown publicly.

How long we keep information

We keep listing and account information while your listing is active. Billing records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing wiscrooferindex@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law.

Children

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
